1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and wa9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the wa9999 website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using wa9999 immediately and not register or fund an account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. wa9999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes communicated through the website and, where appropriate, by direct notification to registered players.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use wa9999. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. wa9999 conducts age verification as part of the account verification process and upon withdrawal requests. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds held in that account will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on wa9999. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, different phone numbers, different email addresses or different devices — is a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and the player may be permanently banned from the platform. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately to have it merged or closed.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide complete and accurate information when registering on wa9999. This includes your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, correct date of birth and active email address. Registration under a false identity or using another person's details is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

wa9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and a selfie photograph. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Responsibilities

Your wa9999 account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. wa9999 recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.

You must not share your account access with any other person, allow any other person to place bets on your behalf, or access wa9999 on someone else's behalf. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by someone you have given access to — will be treated as your responsibility.

If you suspect that your wa9999 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via support@wa9999.ws or through live chat. wa9999 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access that you failed to report promptly.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wa9999 accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted. The minimum deposit varies by method — typically Rs 200 for mobile wallets and Rs 500 for bank transfers.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your wa9999 account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Occasional delays of up to 30 minutes may occur during peak network hours. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours to reflect. wa9999 does not charge any processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Deposit Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited into your wa9999 account belong to you and are not derived from criminal activity, fraud or unauthorised use of another person's payment method. wa9999 uses transaction monitoring and may request evidence of the source of funds for large or unusual deposits. Deposits found to have originated from compromised payment methods will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals from your wa9999 balance are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to you. Withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash and NayaPay are processed within 5–30 minutes of submission in normal circumstances. IBFT bank withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours during business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

5.2 Identity Verification Before Withdrawal

wa9999 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. First-time withdrawals always trigger a KYC check. Subsequent large withdrawals — typically above Rs 50,000 in a single request — may also require documentation. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not applied selectively. We aim to complete verification checks within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Your available balance reflects funds that have been deposited and any winnings that have been settled. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied. wa9999 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for the purposes of completing fraud checks or resolving an open dispute.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

Bets placed on wa9999 are final once confirmed by the platform. You are responsible for reviewing all details of a bet — selection, stake amount, odds and market type — before confirmation. wa9999 does not reverse bets placed due to player error once they have been accepted by the system. If you notice an error immediately after placement, contact support before the event begins.

6.2 Odds

All odds displayed on wa9999 are quoted in decimal format and reflect the total return including your stake. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager — not the odds at the time you opened a market or began the bet slip process.

6.3 Voided Bets

A bet placed on wa9999 will be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required duration; a bet is placed on a market that was incorrectly offered due to a system error; an event result is overturned by the governing body after settlement; or a player placed a bet based on information not yet in the public domain (match-fixing intelligence). Stake refunds for voided bets are credited to your account balance within 24 hours.

6.4 Live In-Play Betting

In-play bets on wa9999 are subject to the same confirmation rules as pre-match bets. In-play markets may be suspended temporarily during breaks in play, wickets or goals. Bets submitted during a suspension may be rejected or held for acceptance once the market re-opens. wa9999's decision on whether an in-play bet was accepted before or after a material event is final.

6.5 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply per market type and per event on wa9999. These limits are displayed in the specific market rules where applicable. Where a combination of bets on a single event would result in a payout exceeding the published limit, wa9999 reserves the right to reduce the accepted stake proportionally.

7 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on wa9999 — including live dealer games, jackpot slots, poker and virtual sports — operate on certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are completely random and not influenced by the platform, previous results or player history.

Each game on wa9999 has specific rules accessible within the game interface itself. It is the player's responsibility to understand a game's rules and payout structure before wagering. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the game developer and are audited over millions of spins — individual session results will vary significantly from the published RTP.

In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a casino game round, wa9999 will use server-side game logs to determine the outcome of any incomplete round. Where the outcome cannot be determined from logs, the round will be voided and the bet returned to the player's balance.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses offered by wa9999 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and tournament tickets — are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the associated terms. General rules that apply to all wa9999 bonuses unless stated otherwise include the following.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold or shared between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal becomes available. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of Rs 10,000 across eligible games before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. 8.3 Free Bets

Free bets credited to your wa9999 account allow you to place a wager without using your own funds. The stake of a free bet is not included in the winnings — only the profit portion is credited as real money. Free bets that expire before use are forfeited. Expiry dates are shown on the free bet in your account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wa9999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and potential legal action:

• Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity.
• Opening more than one account on wa9999.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in games or odds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games or any other head-to-head format.
• Placing bets based on inside information or advance knowledge of a fixed sporting result.
• Using fraudulent, stolen or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the wa9999 platform.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions by creating a new account.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing wa9999 staff or other players in any communication channel.

wa9999 cooperates fully with Pakistani regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies. Any activity constituting a criminal offence will be reported. Funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be held pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

wa9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: violation of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to complete identity verification within the required period; player request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy; or in response to a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than confirmed fraud, any remaining verified real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited. If an account is closed due to fraud, all funds within it may be forfeited pending investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their wa9999 account may do so by contacting support at support@wa9999.ws. A voluntary closure request will be processed within 48 hours. If you have an active self-exclusion, the exclusion period will continue even if a voluntary closure request has been submitted.

11 Responsible Gaming

wa9999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to those players seriously. 13 Disputes & Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate your complaint by emailing disputes@wa9999.ws with "Formal Complaint" in the subject line. Formal complaints are reviewed by a senior team member within 5 business days and a written response provided.

wa9999's decision on bet settlement disputes is based on the data recorded by our servers at the time of the event. In the case of a technical discrepancy between the platform's server records and a player's browser view, the server records take precedence. 14 Changes to These Terms

15 Limitation of Liability

wa9999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wa9999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, incorrect odds displays subsequently corrected, or delayed payment processing. This limitation does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your use of wa9999 is at your own risk. Gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of losing money. wa9999 does not guarantee that any betting or gaming activity will result in a profit.
